After consulting with them and decided what configuration I would be comfortable with, they immediately ordered the equipment necessary and installed my security system the next afternoon! He took the time to sit with us and go over every option to truly customize our security setup. What I like about Scott is that he told us the good and bad of equipment, how cheaper equipment doesn't help you in a real emergency. For example, a cheaper camera does you no good if you can't identify the perpetrator. Makes sense, right? So, why even bother. His equipment has very high resolution and he doesn't price gouge like other companies can do. So, you get quality equipment at a reasonable cost.

His technicians are very experienced and friendly. They also took time to go over the operation of the equipment and make sure that you're comfortable using it. If you forget how to do something, you can always call up and they'll walk you through it.

I highly recommend CSI if you're a mom and pop shop, a home owner, or run a million dollar business. These guys have the knowledge and experience to get you the best equipment at the best price and the A+ service to back it all up.

Met with Scott to discuss my security needs. I have to say that in today's world it's always "hurry up and give us your money" when you meet with service providers. Scott and C.S.I. were a nice change. Scott sat and talked with me about my security needs and took the time to address each and every concern I had. His pricing and specials were very competitive and the equipment on the high end.
