The technician, Cory, was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. The service order took 20 minutes to complete and Cory discussed all the options I had for future services. I would highly recommend CSI for all security products and services needs l.

I have used CSI twice for Starlink installation along with some additional wiring work. They are always prompt and professional with excellent communication. Cory B. was our technician today and did a phenomenal job.

Initially I was pleased with the knowledge and stars upon investigation for a good security system. The folks are nice and willing to help fix things. Make sure they screw everything down when they do the install to avoid future problems down the road when they fall off. System turned out nice after a few hiccups. The company is willing to help fix issues as they come up.

Juston installed our security system at our place of business and he was wonderful, friendly, officiant and got the job done. He explained how to use everything in detail and was very detailed, even cleaned up and swept the floors up after! 10/10 recommend!
