My technician was on time and completed the requested task efficiently.

Dylan, the technician was very knowledgeable and very thorough and went above and beyond, and even replaced a fire alarm that he noticed was not installed correctly. The entire CSI team was very courteous prompt and I would highly recommend them for any of your security needs.

CSI has been an excellent choice for our home security. The sales team did an excellent job helping us deciding what we needed to make our residence secure. They were very helpful in the decision making process and offered solid options on what would work best for us. Our installer, Dylan, was very polite and throughly instructed us on how to use the system. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and have recommended the company to several friends.

CSI has been amazing from the start, from talking to us about what we wanted to the installation to support! Dylan explained everything and the things we forgot, Lizzie was there with over-the-phone tech support. I would highly recommend this small but amazing company!

I can’t thank CSI & Equi-Cam enough. After being featured on a large platform with millions of viewers, I started receiving some really unnerving messages and even had people show up at our home. I called CSI, explained the situation, and they immediately made my safety a priority, they worked us in fast and got to work securing our home.

Cory and Chad were incredibly kind and professional. They installed cameras, alarms, and window sensors so our house is completely secured. When the alarm went off again few days later, we got a call right away and the police arrived within minutes. That kind of response time and peace of mind is priceless.
