CSI has been my security provider for many years. Whenever I have had a problem they have have responded promptly. My old security pad had finally quit working properly. They were able to get the pad replaced in less than 30 minutes. Our technician Dylan was awesome as he was on time

Today we had customer security cameras installed along with a video doorbell. Juston was here promptly at 8:30am and had everything wired and installed by 2:00pm. The best installer ever! Juston had everything put together, helped us to download the needed apps to our pads and cellphones, and walked us through everything we needed to know to operate our new system. Extremely patient and thorough, Juston could not have done a better job. Kudos to Scott at CSI for employing such a capable associate. Highly recommended

Dylan,Justin,and Chad were very nice and very knowledgeable on performing the installation of my security system.The work was completed in about 3 and a half hours.They went over all the functions and how to navigate the system on my IPhone and asked if I had any questions.I responded not now but I’m sure I will later.They said for me to call or text them anytime if I had any questions or problems.Also the equipment looks nice and the display is very clear.Happy I chose CMI.
